I found this person here on yahoo answers , are in the UK. They say I can offer a guaranteed loan for $ 4,000 . But they are asking for a deposit of $ 200 before sending payment. To me it sounds like a scam MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Is there a place that can make a loan with bad credit thanks !

Sounds like a scam to me too . I had some experiences similar to this , people offer me cash a cashier's check and transfer money to your account through the seas through Western Union . I did not get a loan from anyone over seas.

I think it's a scam.

Before doing this though, decide if what you want all this money for is really necessary. And if it can wait.
