I keep getting weird phone calls?

There are two numbers that consantly call me : 713-370-0507 and 805-367-4404 MedlinePlus It is always the same Indian / Arabian person and I can never understand the messages . Well , I was finally able to play one day and said something about a federal case is suing me and if I call back they send an agent to my workplace .. they called .. come get me ? I'm not the type of person to engage in any type of legal matter , so I have no idea where it is coming from. Or how do you know my name , social security number , address , phone number and workplace. And when I call the number back its just a greeting that says hello and then hangs . I'm so confused! I do a lot of online shopping, and recently applied for a payday loan or two , but other than that , I do not give information to anyone . I reported both of the numbers , but the calls keep coming. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

All you see is more or less public information ( except the last four of your social security number ... do not give out ) . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I searched the number 713 in whocallsme and what appears to be a scam . Place your number on the do not call list and do not answer if they call back . I could not find anything on the number 805, but if a similar call , I would do the same . For any legal process must go through the USPS , so make sure your address on file ( the one on your license / ID ) is up to date. All communications should be through the mail .

you could change your number or call the police to block incoming calls .

Call the police. They have to give a clear number can contact a person less if it is a legal matter ..... And if it is a legal issue or to get the police involved . Give the police the number , save messages , and get someone to help you understand what's going on .... Otherwise it's just general harassment by an unknown source that can bring charges if they find out for yourself .

In a word : the scammers . That 's what they are , people trying to scam you . They fidn your email and information through internet then try to scam you . My suggestion : turn off the phone for a while or just ignore the calls. Or prehaps you should try to change your phone number

I would assume they are scams . Any matter relating to legal issues , the police , the FBI or the guy who should have a clear source . addition to the police / FBI / other government institutes usually called through a private number , one that you can not call back or crawl. loved personal / private information , published on shopping sites can be used to track or to any type of fraud or theft , so make sure you are buying through a reputable website , one or verified by verizon other known security gateways .
