I put a fraud alert out and it was supposed to send me a free credit report via email usual causes do so online . I never received it , what should I do? Who do I contact

Like most people , you have at least 3 reports. If identity theft has happened, they are probably all involved. You should obtain copies of the 3 reports.

To have false information removed , you must have it removed from each report separately. There is no way of having to remove more than one report in one step .

You may obtain a copy of the report year and < / a> for free.

You may be entitled to free reports , because they have discovered the fraud and / or (depending on your state), due to being in the military.
