judge decide? I paid my dad $ 1000 friends in Las Vegas and told me I was going to pay $ 1200 for the loan. He paid me $ 200 and told me to get the rest a week later and its been almost 2 months later and now I can not reach it. I have a few messages stored on the phone are not the clearest , but the court is quite logical what they are referring too. My friends told me just to file the lawsuit, its basically your word against theres and then its up to the judge. I'm trying to catch the man by texting messgae very clear about the debt trap but quickly wised up and admitting only flat
usual answer I will now try to confront him with a microphone recording our converstation , do u think that would be enough? I have my friend as a witness who was with me to pick up the $ 200 that turned me to admit how much I owed.

Need evidence as much as possible , in order to save those messages. Is the friend who was with his son of this man ? Do you get along? If you can find lying because he does not like his father , his words should carry some weight .
