DEAL or NO DEAL??? (refinance auto loan)?0Smith Rai2012-10-05 04:50:08
I am looking to refinance my car loan , not to save money every month , but to have my car paid off quickly. I'm no math whiz , so I'll let you folks figure this out for me. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Current loan is $ 277.92/month with 36 months remaining on the loan . The current interest rate is 7.95% MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Refinancing deal is $ 211.79/month for a period of 48 months. The interest rate is 6.04 % . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If I keep the current loan will only pay the regular monthly until paid in full. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If I accept the offer refinancing 'll pay the regular monthly payment PLUS $ 80.00 toward the principal each month until the loan is paid in full. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus In which direction will be paid faster? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Auto trade-in deal gone bad.....?2Francisca2012-09-08 14:54:03
ok so here's the deal. MedlinePlus I took my truck to a dealer to exchange it for a cheaper car use . MedlinePlus i still owed a little in my truck . but agreed to pay a certain amount truck and carry neg equity in the car he was buying . I was told it was approved. i signed the papers and took the car home . and left my trade in that country . two weeks later I received a letter in the mail from the bank saying congrats , your previous car loan was paid in full. MedlinePlus shortly after ( one week ) I get a call from the dealer saying that "the financing fell through, and I have to go in and sign the paperwork again with a diff. banking . (ie , the new terms and agreements .) that agreement also failed , and now I 'm driving a car because I do not have and do not have insurance . , and now they are saying they need to find a new bank to close the loan , buttt you probably have to put more money down than it was the offer original ( which is what sold the car to me.) is it possible to fall right off the car and the keys and go, with out taking my truck back, since they already paid off for me. ? ? ? < br >
Anyone ever deal with Payless Auto Sales?0Onlin Bus2012-08-30 04:37:03
My dad is battling a problem cutting on a truck repossessed. He bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi XLT Payless car sales. When a divorce occurred between him and his wife came home from a two to rent a house for rent, shortly after his work changed and declined further funding so they had no way to pay for the truck. he did a voluntary repo truck schedule in which to set a time to make it the company reported. it was a "peaceful" repo. The credit lender Americredit and has debt charges off your credit report. Now the man has filed a lawsuit against my father for this truck, however, all the paperwork that has made this place is saying that my father bought a 2004 Dodge Ram Laramie Payless Auto, which is not true. has presented and all other documentation requested on this vehicle and have not been able to show the original real property this debt, which means that it is not responsible for that debt with this new company / man. All paperwork and original repo paperwork states xlt dodge ram 1500 hemi, the new paperwork states received 04 dodge ram laramie, however, have VIN numbers that match the truck my dad bought. believed to payless car sales misinformation introduced for funding because there is a new document indicating AmeriCredit not finance this truck because of the amount payless had listed and blue book value, etc. so payless entered false information to obtain financing. the company has closed on lagrange and we can not find any information about this dealer. the dealer is in GA. Payless Auto Sales is and all I can find online is a main website, but gives no information about the location, etc. I wonder if anyone has had or heard of this type of transactions that occur with Payless. In addition, all loan documents are not signed, not initialed by an individual "JJ" we've never tried. others also signed loan documents that we never came across any. Any advice?
This auto equity deal any good?2Rick2012-09-10 09:52:03
I offered to pay an estate car my credit cards off , I owe 18k for the car , equity was 14k . I currently [email protected] % APR with another lender , you want to consolidate my car + one of my credit cards , which currently is $ 5k @ 16 % in April . The loan is $ 22k in April @ 14% for 72 months, but the loan can be repaid at any time without penalty. A few people I've talked to say that I will save money in the end ... How is this possible in this guy? Can someone please help me on this . Thank you.
Negotiating an auto deal after signing a contract?0san col2012-10-08 17:59:48
I went to a dealer to discuss the purchase of a car . Specifically they talked about buying a 2009 Mustang with a manual transmission . I did fill out some paperwork for financing and then returned the next day . They said I was approved for a loan and that the car would be ready in a minute . At this point I had seen only a few select cars , certainly none had manual transmission, etc MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Documents were reviewed just over a bank approved me for a "loan " . I accepted the loan , not a car , I thought. No test drives have passed and nothing . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I 'm pretty easy to convince it seems because I went to the dealership in the car , cos it really was not that bad. Now I have heard that the "new " car was destroyed . Obviously in a test unit , since there is no report carfax therein. They did a poor job of fixing the wreck . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I would not have given my money down, because I would pay with my debit card , they wanted cash or check. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Now that I have my payment I have no reason to dispute this wrecked car ? It is obviously worth less than a dollar. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Thanks , MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Marcus

MedlinePlus She also has bad credit , but got a car loan last January . Now I'm looking to get one that has $ 2000.00 to leave . The thing is that I do not want the car to be chosen for me .. I used to have a convertible , and that's what I want! What is best for me ? Try to find places that work with people with bad credit and hope you have a convertible available ? And how I can find them? Or I can find my own car somewhere and try to apply BarNone or something ? Someone help pleassssse !
