You can get into a lot of trouble for it . I seriously advise sending another message to him, saying his very sorry , you were drunk , had a terrible day , and what he said was a spur of the moment , and you did not mean any harm. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus You may feel like a complete d * ck do this but its MedlinePlus better than getting a couple of days / weeks in jail , get sued and be held accountable if this person is attacked , robbed or murdered in the near future. MedlinePlus If it is your first offense , and informative , may not be issued with a warning , but will remain on your record for the rest of your life , unless the under 18 /21. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Do not worry too much about it , just send a voice message saying sorry and blah blah blah , and says it will involve the police .

You can get into alot of trouble regardless of where its at. If you tell someone "pay before something happens to you", thats a threat and you can go to jail for that if he feels his life is threatened and calls the police on you. NOT A VERY SMART IDEA
