I do not think your credit score comes into play with student loans , but I advise you to ensure that it can consolidate the loans obtained. Ask before you commit b / c if you can not consolidate causes many problems when it comes time to repay the money . Also, remember that you can not escape payment, they will reap their wages, sue you , take you on the floor. Reimbursement affects your credit . be smart , ask questions , this is a lifetime commitment .

I think the federal loans for schools is almost certain that any U.S. citizen . Many students have bad credit , as they often can not get jobs full time because some lending guidelines . You can also contact a lawyer and explore Chapter 7 bankruptcy . if you are young enough , it will not be so bad to not be able to get decent credit for a while . However, it is possible to get credit almost immediately after bankruptcy . Their interest rates can be higher, but still possible . if you have a credit problem , this can be a good solution . Further, if applicable bankruptcy, you probably still have your car because usually they will not get rid of your house or car so you can work and pay their debts .
