Some companies say they will buy your home quickly. Anyone here has done this ? What advice would you offer us ? We have $ 40,000 a cheap house in York , NE . Only a two bedroom, but it is a small house with two large lots. We can not seem to sell . We had to "sold " twice and people can not get approvals for their loans . Is this a scam home?
