say that a house is 200k . If I have about 300 thousand in cash , does it make any sense to end 20k and finance the rest ? If I am only going to put money into a savings account ING money market , I'm most likely going to pay more in interest ? MedlinePlus

Also I have terrible credit , 620 , so even if I qualify for the 180k loan for the house , is the interest rate will be less than 180k I can put in the investment?
