Legal woes involving motgage, co ownership, probate and family law. Any true advice as to how to deal? ?0payal2012-09-20 17:52:03
I inharited $ 450,000 house with my sister . She had bad credit so quick claimed his share to me so that I could borrow some equity and pay high taxes and do some renovations and bla , bla , bla I unfortunately adulterated documentation to embellish my work history and bank statements , so get appoved for the loan. This was so bad , I know, but I was afraid to take the state of the house because of all the back taxes and charges so acted out of fear and ignorance . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Fast forward 1 1/2 years ... MedlinePlus My sister has gone crazy ! ! she does not work , she did not take care of the house , she is terribly depressed and drink a lot, it does not help me pay the mortgage , then she gave me my other sister a week later . I 'm living with a friend of my baby while I pay the whole mortgage on my own. Besides all that , my sister is asking us to give more money as she passed the 60,000 I gave already . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus she calls me at all hours , demanding money , threatening my life , threatening to burn the house and everything in it! MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Worst of all she said she will expose my bank fraud and making foreclose on me. this can be done ? I can pay the mortgage , they will take my house and all the estate that is in it ? MedlinePlus I can throw ? ? I can "divorce " in court ? Will I have peace again ? Do I need a lawyer ? I know she has contacted one ( silly me thinking it was called my sister IDIOT ! ) MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Remember who own the house ... well with the bank as well. What should I do ? Legal advice involving payday loan company?3jp2012-09-03 13:02:02
Someone I know had a problem with a company of payday loans. This is what I understand: MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Consumers borrowed a loan from this online company based in. The consumer was misled about fees, so a coach decided to waive all finance charges as a courtesy and allows the consumer to pay only what you borrowed. Consumers agreed and withdrew funds on Friday (hence the payday). MedlinePlus MedlinePlus That Monday following the consumer to verify your account and an additional amount of unauthorized account was debited. The consumer contacted the company and was informed that it was an honest mistake on their end, someone dropped the ball and forgot to adjust the balance remaining as part of the agreement. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus As a result, consumers overdraft fees. In addition, this damaged his reputation with his bank. They had perfect history with your bank for years. The company payday loans is that distance in a day. Moreover, there is the possibility that this may have damaged the chances of consumers take out a mortgage or a car loan with your bank. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus However, the bank apologized and resolution. They offered to refund the consumer of overdraft charges and provide an additional loan to cover the amount of the debit authorization, only this time the consumer does not have to pay it back (this was the quickest way to get the funds in the countdown because the consumer had accounts payable). The consumer accepted. MedlinePlus Now, the unauthorized debit came in two separate withdrawals. One of the numbers was similar to an amount that the company withdrew before payday loan, which was for a "funding fee". At this point the consumer disagreed with the amount of the financial burden that the loan company payday charge per withdrawal, so contact the company to make peace and they said they could not do anything and that the funds will be withdrawn, so the consumer calls his bank to put a stop payment on the transaction. The consumer does not know that a stop payment was still active for an indefinite period, so that one of the two unauthorized transactions was reversed due to stop payment MedlinePlus. MedlinePlus The consumer explained this to the company. They also explained to the company that caused the damage themselves, their family and their financial institution (mentioned above). They told the company how they felt, should be a "wash" because the damage they have caused is worth more than the amount you want to pay back, which is a relatively small (under $ 200). MedlinePlus MedlinePlus The consumer does not want to pay more money to the company and feel they should not have to because of the damage they caused. The company is not willing to take any account damaages and call it a "wash". Instead, all that matters is that I pay this small amount. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus With all that said, do you think the consumer should a) pay the small amount of root and cut it, or b) do not pay more and look for a possible lawsuit against the company for damages? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I need advice on my situation with my boyfriend, involving money...?1Joanie2012-09-24 11:25:02
My boyfriend is a primary school teacher and work as an administrator in a company tax . We moved in together about six months ago and have been trying very hard to keep our costs relatively uniform in all areas . I was out of work after college until about five months ago and now bring home more than him, both were fine after arguing with him . But recently , ( after taxes , which owned a ton in consumption taxes ) has broken quite to the point where stores overdraw your bank account . He also has student loans and are still paying your car and I was lucky to not have either on my plate . So naturally , I try to help pay for more things, well , my birthday is next week and was going to buy a discounted gift certificate to a restaurant in Boston for my b - day. I had enough , so I bought it . Now I feel very bad because I basically bought me one of the birhday gifts . I told him not to worry about me paying for more things and now I feel like a hypocrite for worrying about it now . But I do not know what to do, I know he's in a difficult situation , but I can not help feeling like I was the only breadwinner in the house and seriously call me old fashioned, but I wish it were not that way. I wish we did not have to worry about their support and I feel bad for thinking that. Can anyone tell me if I'm analyzing this or if I should be concerned about the effects this could have on our relationship down the road ?

Is it true that the average American family would benefit tremendously if....?0zayn2012-11-04 17:30:03
we have established a real gold standard, instead of the dollar bill backed by nothing. MedlinePlus (Or any other rules that do not involve the Fed) MedlinePlus MedlinePlus First there would be more jobs, better jobs, safer jobs. MedlinePlus More business opportunities, not more business cycles, recessions and depressions no more. MedlinePlus People's savings would be safer. You do not have to worry, if you put the money for their old age, their value could be stolen by the * central bank and central government, as they are today. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus How: MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Under the gold standard 100%, there would be no place for fractional reserve banking. MedlinePlus For checking accounts and other deposits. Banks hold reserves on hand to meet the demands of depositors. MedlinePlus Banks are paid by their clients to keep their gold. MedlinePlus In lending banks, investors give their money for a fixed period of time, to earn interest. MedlinePlus You have a relative price stability, stable purchasing power for the money. Combined with reasonable interest rates, instead turning interest rates. You get rid of the political manipulation of interest rates and the manipulation of the money supply. This then preserves the richness and wealth and work permits economic growth. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If you think why did not we do this, remember what happened to JFK. In recent speeches, President John F. Kennedy talked about secret and the secret society in general (1), the main ingredient of the Federal Reserve. How do I deal w/my family situation?1uop2012-09-10 00:45:02
Ok , so this may be long / confusing , but here goes ... I have 20 years old , in college , working part time, going to school full time ( and taking credits maximum) . I still live at home because there is no need for me to spend more money / get a bigger loan just to live there when my school is 20 minutes away .. so that leads me to the problem ... I live at home with my parents and younger siblings. Lately , my dad has been under a lot of stress and depressed . He missed a lot of work , whcih meant less money coming in , and he acts as if your life is so bad ( when it is not) . My younger brothers fight all the time , and do not respect me ( when I'm trying to do the job , etc ) . My mother is the only one that 's fine, but it always bothers me more money .. saying that " costs too much " . I only work part time, but I pay my car insurance , gas and other expenses , such as books for school, the only thing you pay for is my cell .. that is part of a cheaper plan anyway ... I love my family , but sometimes I like to be ...
What (legal) rights do I have in this car deal gone bad?? They want car back and to keep downpayment.?1bandar2012-08-31 18:59:03
Buy a car around June 3 . They let us leave the car . My husband asked me when we will start paying the lean holder and the amount of the payment will be ( fortnightly ) . The dealer once told us talk to them about this and let us know and we will leave with the car . We were under the impression that a contract was made with the lean holder was not set stone. My husband has bad credit and was in the Air Force , about to separate a week later , and the dealer who uses his advantage . They also knew that as soon as my husband separated from the Air Force, would be returning home to Massachusetts . I KNOW they knew. On or about 6/25 , about a week after moving to Massachusetts , the dealer calls and says that the loan did not materialize and they want the car back . We thought the loan holder to send a bill for us to make a payment and never did and the dealer never gave us any information so they can make the payment until he learned that
How do I deal with my manipulative family trying to hold me back from the career of my dreams?5jasmine vega2012-08-29 11:40:15
My mom and brother have stuck me in a small town out of work and limited transportation . I have my 4 years. BA degree in Spanish, and I have student loans to pay back. I have no car. I want to be more independent and make something better of myself, instead of being a bum sponger like the rest of the family. My brother has threatened to move out of town , and my mom tried to play fake psychology on me, because , he said, " With everything that moves around , it makes no sense . That means you're crazy and out of your head and need a psychiatrist. eval and require hospitalization. that's dangerous , and do not know what you're doing! " I am mentally disabled and special accommodations , I was able to move forward with finishing college (only the youngest and one in the family with a degree). I want to be more self-sufficient and independent. I want to become a Spanish translator . They think they have no brain. I'm afraid I could invent a lie about me and locked me in the psych ward .

Legal papers for loan between family?0Ao2012-10-01 06:08:02
I'm in debt right now and although I 'm not struggling to meet the payments on my boyfriend of two years has offered a loan that I would make the payments but would be in your name. At first I was totally against what the reason I 'm in debt is due to a break in relations however he works in a bank and you can get a great rate to let me pay in 3 years instead of probably more than 6 years . History in a nutshell anyway I'm starting to think that however you'd like some kind of legal document that I agree to pay the loan he and two does not make me pay more than I should ( u never know what will happen) I 'm looking for a contract that I guess is free online that bind us both in the agreement . MedlinePlus No pointless comments , please only helpful answers
