Trade is not a dealer , is a private transaction . So basically will only change owners. How I can or I can go about this ?

If you are 18 you can register title and others do the same and then go register cars where they pay taxes , tag. WITH A LOAN TO BE DO HAVE TO PAY OR PERSON TRYING TO GET LOAN . If not, then there is no way that the bank owns your car .

If the title of the car shows but you will have to pay the balance and get the lien removed before the state transferred the title to the new owner . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If the title has no lien can then sell the car but still owe the car loan
