I am looking for a lender to apply with few cars that specialize in loans for people with less than perfect credit , predatory lenders asking themselves are't 24.99 percent for a car loan . Also , I'm looking for actual lenders . Many people act as lenders , but then send their information to a lot of other people ... and every other little cars sales man in your county is called after that. any ideas? my credit is " fair "

I would try Capital One . They seem to be one of the first companies that issue credit cards for anyone with credit problems in the past , so it is likely to have a similar type approach to car loans ... and certainly are reputable .

You seem to be confusing with lenders credit intermediaries . A loan officer is referred to its application to actual lenders . Each Web site loan officer I've seen makes it clear - they do not really lend themselves , but pass your data to lenders
