Just over two years asked me to help financially to some acquaintances in a new business . I offered to make them a loan in exchange for an appropriate percentage of the company . The current owners are reflected on the loan and asked yet , but offered me the opportunity to become an equal partner in the addition . Therefore, we have consolidated debt and all the papers signed to last December . In May this year , I traveled to see how business is going ... I live in Illinois and the business is in Arkansas . To say the least , some of the owners seem to be taking advantage of the other owners through participation in private companies that have a direct link with the company . This is being done without the approval or consideration of other owners . Other details as these same two who have built an independent business within the company . Am I out of luck without an agreement or you can force the remaining owners to participate in the creation of the agreement so that these things do not go ? I've never had or been part of any business .
