My wife was married to a total of three months in 2009 to a little foam bag. She co-signed a loan for a car that will never be paid . He went to jail , she divorced him , and was granted a decree freeing of all debt associated with it ( the debt is his, it is hers ) . Anyway, we do what we can to rid of this burden . The boy just got out of jail after all this time , but it was awarded to an agreement , while more than 200k ! how, what, when , etc do to get this off your credit! ity ppl!

divorce will have no effect on loans that have been co - signed by . she remains responsible , however , since it is solvent now have the option of sueing him for balance and process costs . will remain on your credit until fully paid.
