So for the last four months I have been getting calls about a payday loan I took out online in 2008, allegedly with a bank that is not mine , in fact I did not start a new bank account in this call until a year later / / and the calls were about the repayment of this loan . I talked to the bank and could confirm with me that no other bank account was set up in my name until 2009 . But since I started the phone calls I did a credit check and found a lot of setbacks in that year where I think my identity stolen; callers indicate the loan included my name, previous address , date of birth , number Social Security , the employer at the time and the bank ( semifinals ) the only two that were not mine was the employer and bank . I followed this advice to the caller but they said they needed documents to prove this and wanted me to make a three-way call with a bank representative to explain this to them or by fax to the bank statements and such. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus In about a month I have not heard of this company stating they were from a law firm . Now , last week and so far this week I've been getting calls from a guy who is trying to serve papers and says he knows my new location . And this has to do with the same problem . Now , when the papers are served truth , not the server unexpectedly come to serve and not just on the right and call you ?
