Always pay on time. We ran out of control, so the last three months they sent money orders. Three and a half months later, they send all orders, and say it is not an acceptable form of payment! Therefore, we are three months late and foreclosed on our house. Now our credit is probably horrible. Who is a good company to go through our loan refinancing with bad credit aspect in mind?

You should talk to your lender and see if you can work things out. Do not let them do this without protest loudly - to regulators, state and federal government , your congressman , etc. Keep all documents sent to you and take notes during and after phone calls. Refinancing now can shoot the sharks of predatory lending. Do you have a large prepayment penalty or a low interest rate on your loan? If so, the lender may be trying to force refinancing. There is a name for it . The name is a fraud.

I have not met a courthouse or office for registration of the property but will not take orders - . I suggest getting a lawyer and try to attract your home in foreclosure

You can not save your credit in the short term, but I bet it could help in the long term. The most you may have to pay the interest on a credit line or something.

See if your lawyer will take you on a deferred payment plan and paid after it settles . If you do not have a case that is super involved can .

Here are 3 things to do as soon as possible :
1) Order checks
2) Get a lawyer ( a good year would be good)
3) Keep your letter from your current mortgage company and show his "good " lawyer. he must be in court.

PS See if you can sue this cooperation MTG. for "pain and suffering."
