I was married for over 23 years . My husband left our house a year ago due to alcoholism . We have a house worth over 240.00. I only work part time and can not get a cash out re- fi , or a home loan . We currently owe $ 140,000. This home is too good to let go. In a good market , I will sell for a profit and buy a new house in cash. MedlinePlus
