How does a bank expect me to show proof of income when my shop has only been open for 2 months?4NUM 2012-11-06 02:30:02
I opened a shop silk floral and April 30. I spent almost all he had saved to get create, store and maintain the rent and utilities pd. Of course, even though I made some money as a new business that money went right back to the store. I have no employees, I do everything myself. All my flowers arrangements are made by me, I can do some of the jewelry they sell and some other things. Apply for a line of credit of $ 5,000 in my bank where you've been in business for over 20 years. I have never been late on any loan, and also have a retirement acc, t in the bank of about $ 65,000. To obtain this credit line IHAD to halt them in that amount of my retirement. Also I have an investment property to rent and needs some renovations and new plumbing. I applied for a loan of $ 15,000 for this purpose and the rest to help me advance in my line of business. I was rejected for not having enough income even though my husband's income was also used in this loan as discretionary income. This rental is not complicated, but any house that is standing and habitable worth $ 15,000. My loan officer then redid the loan and I would put my acc't retirement as collateral and then she told me that I should have no problem. So it is not the case. Until Friday said that they needed me returrns last fiscal years and my loan officer even says they're being ridiculous, the money is there to secure the loan. They use it to lend to other people, but I did not pay me t. I hate having to collect and pay a lot of taxes, but I am so ready to leave this bank. Oh, and before anyone asked my creit is 700 or more. He had worked for six years before starting this business because my mother had Alzheimer's and I took care of her until she passed and then I worked part-time for six months last year and then decided to make this busines. I just want other people's opinion on how this bank has treated me.
1099-A or 1099-C for mortgage debt discharged in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?0gabbi2012-09-05 15:13:07
Chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged in Feb06. We reaffirm the original intent of our mortgage loan and even signed the form to do so, however, Wells Fargo never took us to our offer reassurance for some strange reason, our lawyer and let that fact pass. Therefore, not legally responsible for this loan mth longer. When Wells Fargo refused to show on our credit report had been paying them fairly, they got tired of them and told them they could have your home on the back Jan08. I mean, how stupid of them not to take us to reaffirm our request anyway! My main question is this ... Wells Fargo sent us a 1099-A instead of a 1099 - C. Is this correct? I've been trying to do some research, and I understand that the 1099-A is generally used in cases of abandonment, which essentially end up doing. However, I was thinking I would have received a 1099 - C instead of 1099 - A. As it was a discharged debt in our Chapter 7 bankruptcy? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If the 1099-A is the right way, are we protected by this new Mortgage Law Relief? Here is the information on my Form 1099-A: MedlinePlus Outstanding Principal $ 76,396.22, $ 65,450.00 FMV; borrower was personally liable for the repayment of this debt? "Yes" (how can be "yes" when he was discharged in our BK -7?) With this information. , What to do in our income taxes this year? Discharging box w / b the right to verify the form 982 in our case? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Sorry for the tons of questions, but Wells Fargo just seems to try to shake around us at all times, no matter how hard they tried to fix things with them. They have my "dander" up. Thank you!

They have my "dander" up. Thank you! MedlinePlus MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Additional details MedlinePlus Re: Reaffirmation MedlinePlus We signed a reaffirmation form w / our attorney sent to Wells Fargo during the initial stages of our BK-7 filing. Wells Fargo never responded to that form, so that gets us to reaffirm our offer. Our loan w / them even appears on our credit report as "Discharged in Ch. 7 bankruptcy." Reaffirmation definitely never happened. And Wells Fargo "prosecution team" is trying to say that the 1099-A is the correct way by the fact that we have abandoned the property. I'm so tired of Wells Fargo bullying me this that I feel like trying to sue for the whole thing. Another fact that our BK atty educated - when the foreclosure will present an "in rem" judgment is what is presented, which also tells you that you should not have sent any Wells Fargo 1099.

The best way as a business owner to file taxes to show a personal income w/o showing my business as income?1upbeat2012-08-08 09:52:45
I am a new small business owner , I am now able to show a small loss of my taxes has made it difficult for me to request a personal loan. Is there any way I can do my taxes seperatly and not have to prove the loss of the company and show that I still have an income. My goal is to be able to enter a bank and get a personal loan as I did before owning this business when you just got a W2 from my employer.
