I'm in a catch 22 how do I resolve it?

MedlinePlus MedlinePlus You can get a job because I have reliable transportation and employers refuse to hire people who take the bus or can not work 24/7 (A white woman told me to do and I assume I do not get any work that is probably the main reason). So I had to repeat my senior year my junior. Unfortunately, my father died unexpectedly on Thanksgiving and after the spring semester I have no problem not only transport to and from school but could not afford to stay and had to drop out. I took out a personal loan to help pay for my tuition and I owe it too much. Also I have the 3 schools I went to (Penn State owe $ 8,000, U of Phoenix $ 2000 and $ 5000 that Kaplan does not include interest and penalties).
