Relocating and need a mortgage in Colorado?0roheena2012-08-24 01:55:22
My husband and I will be relocating to Milwaukee to Denver in the next six months . The two are currently working in Milwaukee and owns a house that has an impeccable record in payment . I will accept a government post , and a wage increase of 10% in Denver . My husband still has not found a job in Denver , and we are ready to move before I have a secure job . We will also sell our house in Milwaukee before completing the move . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus We would like to buy a house as soon as possible after my departure from the new position in Colorado . No money down , (unless you sell our first house and then we could have 5% less) , but are ellgible for a VA loan . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus 1) Is it still possible for us to get a new mortgage if you are moving and only one of us has gotten a job , or do we have to both have jobs for the first period and establish residency before they can be considered ? MedlinePlus 2) What process ( and when) we go to make that happen if possible ? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Thanks for your help !

Relocating to Alaska?0hena(online)2012-10-04 10:06:26
I want to go to Fairbanks, AK. I currently live in Florida, do not call me an idiot yet. I dropped out of college because of the expense, and now I work two jobs. I only paid my student loan since last year, so I'm trying to start making a long-term plan. The problem is that I hate it here in Florida. I do not like the weather, the people I meet, the places I visit, the lack of landscape, the environment, and tourists ... Oh God, all we have are the elderly and tourists. So somehow inspired me to live in Alaska, because I am fond of shitty weather, cold, and I do not mind living a life where I can "just get by." MedlinePlus I currently work at Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts (# craftstoreswag) and is likely to be able to transfer this work for the department in Fairbanks, AK. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If I take enough money for rent, food, and utilities for a few months until I installed, do you think I would be able to do? Some quick searches show me that it would be relatively easy to find a basic level, but I need more help to get a clear picture of what to expect. Is there any recourse I can use, someone I can talk to give me an idea of how I can make this dream a reality? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Some useful skills that I have written, plumbing, carpentry and electricity. I'm also a bit of a musician, an artist and painter. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus For any native Fairbanks, would it be able to move enough to use public transport? EG bus system. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Google searches of me says yes, but this is only because I want to avoid buying a car for as long as possible. I would even bike to and from where I have to be if that makes it feasible. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Please take this seriously and respond .. What I need to know, and what are upsides and downsides teh?
I need help?? Relocating and don't know if I'm going to have the money I need up front?0Bud2012-10-10 04:38:20
I have a job interview Monday, February 1 /2 hours away from where I currently am now. I feel that I have a very good shot at getting this job , trying not to be too confident , but I'm definitely hopeful . The problem is that here is my situation : I'm just going to have a few hundred saved . I am currently living with my parents and I 'm on your car insurance. As soon as I move , I will remove its policy which means you need a car insurance as soon as possible because I have a loan on my car . Besides, I have my own furniture and do not know when the first month's rent would be due and that certainly will not have all the money in advance so that probably only the tank at most . And I have a problem : my dad co-signed the loan for the car and he wants his name removed as soon as you move. I've tried to get the loan refinanced a couple of months ago and was not approved because I have enough of my own credit accumulated. I had credit for less than a year ( I have 19 ) . However, I'm going to work is full time and based on average takes around at least $ 30,000 a year . Would it be a good idea for me to get a cash advance if I can not get enough money in time in my situation , or just put me more in debt ? Thank you.
Relocating back the the USA - financing for house?0Lynnie2012-08-11 06:26:40
Hi all - After six years expatriate assignment , which will move back to the U.S. ( Hurray! !) In December 2007. The main problem I am facing is that I will have no credit history in the U.S. and believe it will be difficult to obtain a loan from a bank for a house and a car. Currently , I have no debt and then pay for the transfer back to the U.S. you will not have extra money to speak of. I could sure use some advice from someone who has done this before, or any person working in the banking / finance that can give some indications on what I can do. Looking forward to being back in the U.S. . Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.
