Ways to fund flight training?

I am a private pilot with 200 hours. I would like to finish the rest of my training through my MEI. I can fly a Navy flying club at a reduced rate and they have determined that it will cost an additional $ 10,000 to finish my training. I know for a fact that no one is giving all kinds of student loans for flight training at this point in time, with one exception that is Sallie Mae, however, only offer loans to ATP flight schools. I have no credit card, I am unable to get a personal loan, because I'm only 23 and the loan would be unsecured. I have no one able to co-sign a loan for me.
