My husband just graduated from school to become a Physician Assistant .
He is about to accept a position that is offering a loan repayment ..... which means that you get paid a salary and will pay off your loan 3/4ths of the school. However, the pay is not as high as other positions in the area. So my question is, P.A. jobs have bonus '? In other words , if my husband gets a job with a good salary , which also offers annual bonus ', you just put the bonus "to their loan payments each year and return to the consolidation of each year. We are just new to this field and do not know what to look for benefits with this work.
