I am a school teacher aged 28 in North Carolina . I make $ 36k/year . I have 5 charged credit cards totaling about $ 5k. I have $ 45k in student loans in deferment while I finish my masters. I have $ 13.5K car repo on my credit. I just do it on my salary and borrow a car from my parents. I have to get them this time with the car again and buy my own car ? But I live on my own and can not be really afford the payments or, and I doubt you can get a loan anyway . This is stressing me so badly and I want to go so you can start living again. It seems to take forever to fix my finances. I have a few thousand in the bank, but I want my next step to be my best move. What to do?

I'm sure not going to like this, but it makes sense is that much of a dead beat , going to school and shaping young minds. we have good examples of accountability in schools and are a symbol of irresponsible behavior and action. You make more than enough money and the hours of teachers who may work part time. Taking their parents do not pay the debts that you are a common thief . Just pay your bills

As you probably know , only the repo credit cards and can be discharged in Chapter 7, which is $ 18.5K to you. Student loans can not be discharged.
The type of good news here is that you live in North Carolina , a state of non- wage garnishment.
Aggressive creditors are coming after this debt ? If not, then perhaps there is an urgent need to file for Chapter 7.
- You can always try to resolve the repository and credit card defaults with the savings you have. You can often settle for 25-40%. However, renewing contact with debt collectors can be a difficult decision , especially. default as large as this. They can respond to their offers , demanding the entire amount in arrears .

You say you have a repo in the car , however , you have it ? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus How far behind you are in the car loan ? Have you tried to get home or workplace? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus ______________________ Gotcha ... I misunderstood your post . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Are you taking more school loans for the Masters ? Does that cost $ $ at the moment? Does your current job offer you something better when you get your masters ? ( assuming you are going for a teaching degree ) MedlinePlus MedlinePlus It just seems like they are taking more and more , but do not try to cut back. What extras you cut ?
