Ok , here is my situation . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus When I was 19, I was stupid enough to leave my family to a house to my name on one of those "liar loans " (those who falsify tax returns to make it appear that you earn more than actually do. the house was under two loans , I lost the house to foreclosure . had a car that was not able to continue making payments , was seized . too had a credit card that was not able to pay . was also closed . ( I actually had two, but I was able to pay off) MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Right now I have only one truck in my name. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus What do you think I should do? Should I declare bankruptcy ? What about foreclosures and repos ? How long they stay on my credit ? And the credit card .... you can probably afford that one out . ( in collections ) MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Honestly I have no idea what to do . Also I have a student loan that I am having trouble paying , but I know who are exempt from bankruptcy . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I need help ... bad. Guys any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated . I realize I was living beyond my means and ultimately , this is my fault . But I want to make things right again. Thanks for your time , I know this is a very neat .

slimick is correct , but your credit is already trashed , so I would say yes , so you can move on with your life because they have nowhere to go but up . Oh by the way Laon officials could indicate your income if your credit is good for several years before enough but they should change their tax returns reflecting higher revenues
