How I can get the credit card lendors .. or collection agencies now .. to agree with me so I can clean up my credit ? My biggest concern is a private loan Wachovia pulled from school . There were about a gap of 8 months that was not enrolled in school , two months more than 6 months of their allotted time before amortization . I owe about $ 10,000 on that. This loan is guaranteed by the federal government . Is there a way back to the postponement now that I'm in school ? Or should I file for bankruptcy , and that is not guaranteed by the federal government ? Prefer not submitted unless you have to. MedlinePlus How I can solve some agreements with collection agencies and Wachovia ? Any advice or should I use language to communicate with them ? MedlinePlus thanks
