Should I file for bankruptcy or not?

I have a mortgage that is behind will probably be repossessed , a personal loan that I am behind and are threatening legal action , a credit card debt that I have not paid in two years , four different credit cards that makes the monthly payments on a car that makes the monthly payments and a collection of $ 500 against me from another company. I am unemployed and only receive 500 a month in unemployment . There is no way I can catch up on debts , it is inevitable that the house will get foreclosed , and I will be sued for the loan . I have no money to pay for a good bankruptcy lawyer .... anyway my credit is screwed for many years. Which is worse ? The filing bankruptcy , or be sued and foreclosed ?

If you can not afford a bankruptcy lawyer , then you really can not declare bankruptcy . You may qualify for a Chapter 7 because of their low income and that is not something that could be done without a lawyer because of the complicated nature of bankruptcy . The most we can do is garnish your wages and you do not work will not be able to do that . They can not garnish unemployment compensation, and which is under the minimum income limit to allow though. Do you have somewhere you can live while you're getting your situation mess? That would be the most important question right now.

is better to file bankruptcy when you do that , by law no one has the right to come after you while your registration process . least headaches.
