What if America was divided by the states, and each state became it's own country?5Please,Please Help2012-08-27 00:17:17
- And in these countries , capitalism is a better system (or a barter system , what is best for "people "). This means that there are larger firms ( gobbling up all the wealth in a few percent) , not subject to more federal rule most people ( keep Americans under his thumb for the money that legally there . Money is debt created through loans ). Debt is an important part of this system , and the money is actually popularized form of slavery. The Roman Empire fell because it was too broad for a rule to monitor (not immorality, impiety or anything of that nature, as I heard ). I have a feeling that something similar will happen to this nation, but not the size but the corruption of greed that is crippling us in our economic system , which is what our government really is .... What are the pros and cons of many small countries , instead of a mass attached to one ? Do not answer if your just going to throw all the garbage pro-US , fueling the popular belief "capitalism = good " b / s ... http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/
Does student loan debt need to be divided equally in divorce in equitable dist. state?0brit2012-09-18 13:02:03
My husband and I are divorcing and during our marriage got a considerable amount of student loan debt . While most of those who went to the expenses of daily life , I would keep the debt so it will be more apt to want to visit the children ( who need it and will otherwise pout ) . A judge is likely to sign the divorce decree if I have no job and have 50K in debt and equity the house with 25K and only 900 in debt? My only asset is a car worth 4K . I have no $ $ for a lawyer so I have 1 more year to finish school and I think I'm doing all the divorce papers myself . MedlinePlus Thanks for any input . I know it is only advice , and that's fine .
Excepting the Richest 20%-Is the United States Becoming a Third World Country For Most of its Citizens?4mindfreak2012-10-19 09:04:02
Even the most equitable countries (Funded National Health and Education ) Social Democratic Europe are feeling sorry for us! MedlinePlus MedlinePlus ROME ( Reuters ) - Harry's Bar , the famed Venice watering hole where Ernest Hemingway held court over abundant food and stiff martinis , is offering a discount to " poor " Americans suffering from the weak dollar and high- blues MedlinePlus risk . MedlinePlus The decision of the owner of the restaurant , one of the most expensive , even when the U.S. currency is strong , highlights the growing concern about the weak dollar tour operators in Italy and elsewhere in Europe . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus A sign posted outside the restaurant at the weekend reads : MedlinePlus MedlinePlus " Harry's Bar of Venice , in an effort to make the American victims of subprime loans happier, has decided to give them a special discount of 20 percent on all menu items in the short -term recovery ." MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Meanwhile: U.S. dollar is at its lowest compared to Canada since 1976 and inflation is growing at a rate not seen since the Ford administration .
If we file for bankruptcy in the United States, how will it affect our credit if we move to another country?0kariga2012-09-12 16:49:03
My boyfriend and I are currently living in the United States and is considering filing for bankruptcy . She is quite deep in student loans , I'm still paying my car , and our combined debt credit card is more like $ 30K . She has been looking for work for over a month and I was fired last week. Our situation seems pretty sad , but I think that bankruptcy could be an opportunity for us to start over and do things right . However , I am concerned because it seems that living in the U.S. would be extremely diffucult with bankruptcy looming over our credit report for the next seven years . What if you filed for bankruptcy , but then moved to Canada or New Zealand for a while? Does our failure to follow a foreign country ? Will our creditors we pursue ? Will we be allowed to return to the U.S. after 9 or 10 years ?
Is America really the best country?1HELP PLEASE!2012-08-10 07:55:02
If you like reading then just skip this question First to start I'm American, so I do not think I am a foreigner who simply hates the U.S.. I concluded that the U.S. is built to support the weak and the poor down. Think about it, what other countries are known to use the Social Security System and that citizens pay for health care? Of course we have the best medical care, but are not useful if you can not afford it. Growing up I use for the U.S. was the best place in the world, but now that I'm older I realized I did not have that degree of freedom. When I was eighteen I was immature, so I decided to take a loan to buy a car instead of buying a cheap car with cash. Eventually I paid off my car loan and the car was recovered, although the bank has already paid for 2 years as the recovery continues to appear on my credit report. Now the sad part of the U.S. is that your credit score is linked to everything (his name may well be the 9 numbers ... jk) So because of this I can not I get loans, certain jobs require a clearance, I was refused even an apartment after that. So as you can see that the system is designed to ruin your life once you make a mistake. I would have understood if I was a criminal, but this is unnecessary for a car that was repossessed 5 years ..... ALSO paid in full The second thing is health care. When I visited the Caribbean could buy my inhalers for asthma in a pharmacy for $ 20 (which is like $ 4 in the U.S.). No prescription is required because asthma is a chronic fatal disease of the lungs. Apparently, the health department does not really care about that in the U.S., for me to get an inhaler should consult a doctor for a prescription. Without health coverage would cost about $ 500 including a visit to the doctor (probably more). So go to another country saved me about $ 450 +. So, why do other countries provide free health care? Is it because they care about the survival of its citizens and the U.S. only cares about money? In my view that the U.S. should not fight a war because we're fighting amongst ourselves. The U.S. government was so busy screwing over your own people who did not realize that terrorists were plotting against them. Then the government was forced to put out more taxpayer money to send thousands of troops to the Middle East to find bin Laden. We are citizens of the United States are manned by all sides, I guess that is how the U.S. government gets its power. They design strategies to keep the poor down and charge and tax us for everything, does not even matter if we live or die ....... very sad ....... but again this is' the land of opportunity, and the land of "free ........ who said he had to be rich ....... lol So tell me what you think and describe some of the pros and cons of your country
America: How come foreigners come to this country to get educated despite cost, while americans drop out of it?2Brina2012-10-15 22:07:02
I wondered about this, and decided to put here so you can have other opinions too. Please note that I am not pointing to any race, but all races living in the United States that is America. Here: MedlinePlus It is very expensive to get an education in the states, if you are an international student, but yet every year many people from around the world (including the poor countries) are willing, despite the high cost of education in the U.S. , to get to the states so they can have a better education. We should also bear in mind that most of these foreign students are not allowed to work in the United States at first, but even in spite of the difficulties and despite studying in poverty, most of them manage to get a greater degree and PHD, Masters, unmarried. As an example just to cite a few India: Most Indians are doctors or own your own business, live in posh areas, driving big cars we paid for .. (And even when parents are not educated Indians go to sacrifice to give better education to their children and this goes for the Mexicans), most Nigerians are lawyers, most Mexicans are doctors (dentist), or teachers, most South Americans such as Brazilians are interior designers, and the list goes on .... MedlinePlus Now Americans, we have much better advantages, such as loans, grants, scholarships ... but yet more Americans leave school at an early age. Some Americans can not even speak proper English (please do not think I'm being racist here, because many whites or blacks can not write a proper sentence on a piece of paper, or even speak, will say that being without Education has nothing to do with color) most people are happy to start the social assistance system, provided they are able to. Some people think it's okay not to work, and rather stay home and watch TV, play all day, and some even based on the fact that they have no source of income, still seems a joy to have lots and lots of children. MedlinePlus America, is not it time to wake up? MedlinePlus Please note that opinions are welcome every

Bank of America is the WORST bank in the United States?!!!?1liliy2012-11-03 05:57:02
My husband and I do all our banking with them , checking, savings , mortgage , credit card and a personal line of credit . Our credit scores are in the second half of the top 700 and have never paid late on a bill ever. As a matter of fact, always pay more than the minimum payment . Our facility has a balance of $ 9000. Our credit card has a balance of $ 200. It is the only foreign debt of the house and the cars that we owe . Our debt -to-income ratio is below 30 % . Anyway I called the other day to request an advance of our line of credit for home repairs neccessary (our credit limit was $ 16,500) . Today I went online to check the status of the application and who have been our line of credit of up to $ 10,000. So now not only we will not be able to complete repairs of the house , without dipping into savings but have damaged our credit by increasing debt and available credit ! He blamed the economy ! Give me a break ! MedlinePlus MedlinePlus What are the chances of this economy that could refinance the mortgage with another bank and get a loan through another bank to repay the loan with BoA ? I ask because from next week we are giving all of our checking account and savings account and go to another bank and we are closing our credit card and any other company that has this horrible.
How is property divided during a divorce? (Kansas)?0Elie-may2012-10-09 16:01:07
I've been married for five years . Throughout our marriage , my husband has earned an average of $ 15,000 per year. It spends more than it earns . ( Alcohol , cigarettes , casinos , strip clubs , electronics , fast food ... ) MedlinePlus A few months later we were married , we applied for a mortgage loan. I found I had to pay your student loans and a Discover card . He had paid his dues and use my savings to make a down payment on our home . MedlinePlus I earned about $ 60,000 per year over our marriage . No drinking, smoking or extravagant purchases . I would love to file for divorce , but I am worried about losing the house and the cars I've worked so hard to buy . A judge makes financial contributions and personal responsibility into account when dividing property ? Is there a possibility that you may have to provide financial support for my husband after a divorce ?

Someone asked this question , and I * think * I know the answer , but I'm not 100% sure. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Suppose you live in a country (eg England ) and visit another country for some kind of long-term Visa . (eg, U.S. ). Say you incur a debt (student loans, car loans ) and then go home . Are debt appear on your credit report in your home country ? Or will you have a credit report on each country separately ? Are international credit reports ? Do Experiean and Equifax in Europe ?
