My credit has been a major decline in recent years due to illness and from there just stupidity . I told one of my debt collectors for a small loan , pay everything off with him , and then I would have to make payments on that. This is the perfect solution for me . My husband makes decent money , but he's gone before he ever gets paid . We just can not get our heads above water. Now the problem ... can not be approved ... Now what ? As for the credit card , a secured card I know is all I could get, but I have no money to put in it in advance. Please , no lectures or rude comments , I know it's my fault you see the results of my stupidity daily . I'm drowning , please help !

This is not meant to be rude or silly , but if you're planning to borrow money to get out of debt is wise then you have not learned. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Firstly please stay away from spammers and email replies offering loans . 99.99 are scams where you get money for them to try to get a loan and as we have seen that not happen , but that payment is not refundable . Following a foolish decision with another that will cost money we do not have right now. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus You suggest your husband makes good money , but what about you? Are you working two jobs are you ? Children are not a problem either , not if you really want a job for a year working nights working day. No cell phone , no internet , no cable and noodles until the debt is paid. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I do not believe in much of what Ramsey advocates , but says it's ne is wise to make a budget and stick to it each month . Then work with your creditors for reduced payments , interest or balances . those who cooperate are paid first and then others after that. More interest is paid off first, forget the big Ramsey slightest feel-good shit did you feel good when you run debt wisely now need to pay .

Have you thought about bankruptcy ? Sounds harsh , I know, but in your situation it might be worth . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus On one hand , you may have several debt collectors ( " I told one of my debt collectors ... " ) . That does not sound good . That certainly will prohibit a loan to pay off that debt. Secondly, you say your husband is checking " disappeared even before they are paid ." Looks like things are tight. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Without knowing more about you , it's hard to recommend much . Do you own or rent ? If you have , you are current on your mortgage ? If you have a mortgage whose name is in ? Does your husband know what kind of debt problems is ? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus If your husband knows , ask your help . ( If not , I say. Gently . ) You two can arrange your finances together with a banker ( or two or three ... you may have to do a bit of hunting ) , to see what options are available for loan the two. Maybe I could take a personal loan or a home equity loan ( assuming you / the owner of the house and has less than 20 % equity ) . Either way , you are relying on your credit, because , as you said , yours is not good enough for you a loan MedlinePlus . MedlinePlus But , again , I say look into bankruptcy . Not a word or a thought pretty , but you can recover . If your two heads from under the water, they are good candidates . You can repair your credit in just a year or two with a secured card followed by a short term loan . It will take time , yes . However, your creditors will be back, and you can start working towards a new future , not your past work off . Finding a good bankruptcy lawyer that offers free consultations , and good luck to you .
