We received a refund check from a car loan company , as more mom charged on your loan . The car was really REPOSSED in 2007 . My mother died in 2009 .

There are two alternatives . If your account is still in the mother bank , credit check amount MedlinePlus
in your account ( deceased ) will be returned when all the legal heirs claim the balance of their mothers account.Follow the complaints procedure of the Bank. MedlinePlus
If you have already claimed amount and the account is closed and mothers , return the check to the issuing authority along with the death certificate and the certificate of legal heirs and authorize either the amount you receive . They sent another check to the designated person .
