21yo daughter of a friend has a long history of impulsive decisions that serve it, but the other screws . She has three years of bad credit with three companies (one is a bank) and is awaiting a court date for DUI ( Valium or Xanex ) . Now he's talking about getting a student loan "to go to school ." She is intelligent , but also has a history of not completing the courses. How likely is that she really could get a loan ?
