| I actually pay all your bills because it has Down syndrome . But I have a huge student loan debt and bad debt I refuse to pay , it is not mine. I do not want to hurt your score , but would like to improve mine. My recent history ( last 4 years is perfect ) - including a mortgage , 4 credit cards , revolving credit cards in May , a car payment , and all utilities . | letters that I have never been late for a bank loan guaranteed 've never been late on, and a new car so it was new two years ago , I have never been late on, there are some negative marks on my credit and have law lexington working in removing those . but my score does not seem to come up ! | We are working on cleaning up our credit, which is really bad at this time. I have received your credit report, but have not received mine. He has a full time job , where as I am a housewife. So in a year when we start looking to buy a house whose claim to care more ? His or mine? We will be working on mine too, but I think we should focus on first. He owes a bit more than me, because it has a car loan in their (good condition ). | I applied for a home loan and was denied because my FICO score is zero . I'm not sure why. I have had the same credit card for 10 years , used every month , and paid in full each month. I also bought a car on credit , but it was canceled about 6 years ago . I know I 'm not a heavy user of credit (not debt is in my name ) , but I figured no bad credit shocks , which should have a great credit score . Sounds good I would have a score of zero ? I read that pay in full each month is a good thing , but it seems that it has not been . What are good ways to make debt quickly in order to set a bookmark ? | |||

| I have 18 months left in the service and I am seriously considering buying a home and would appreciate any advice or stories from experience here . I searched and keeps running through houses that need repairs or obsolete houses for the price of a new car. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I would get a 50k loan for a period of ten years or 15 ( even with a low credit score , monthly payments are about $ 650, which is manageable even with a part-time job ) . 35k will cover the purchase of the house , with 10 - 15k aside for repairs , new roof , floor , kitchen or bathroom, new water heater , etc. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus As long as the place is habitable and mostly cosmetic repairs , I do not mind living without floor or wall least for a while and do some work myself. I understand HGTV makes it look much easier than real life , haha . | im 22 , i am trying to buy a house , but I have no credit score at all. I have a few negatives , worth less than $ 2k , 12th is realistic ? random things , including B & G Music $ 50 ( from when I was 13? ) cell phone plan $ 400 ( my mom started in my name and never paid ) and a gas bill rose from $ 75, and a credit of $ 500 ... I need to acquire a mortgage in 12 months max , this can be done ? My lender told me to get a secured credit card , it even got to that declined bc of " insufficient credit history " , I do not know where to start even now. Do I call people I owe? And where I can get positive credit if I can not even get a secured card ? please help, I'm trying to buy my grandmothers house , the estate executive give me 12 months to get approval and buy! I also know that a high credit score number does not necessarily mean all that much if your credit history is strong enough to qualify for big ticket items . Since then I have : MedlinePlus MedlinePlus In charge of an unsecured loan for a mountain bike ( all the time ) MedlinePlus In charge of an RV camping trailer ( all time too) MedlinePlus You get a card from JC Penny in MedlinePlus $ 1,000 limit Get a small visa card for $ 500 ( used and then paid off several times ) MedlinePlus ( Both letters have never had a late payment or finance charge and has always gone over the limit , and both remain active in good condition ) MedlinePlus MedlinePlus To my knowledge before making most of my credit card was 680 .
