Vin numbers on car loan dont match the vin numbers on car?1Sherif2012-09-20 01:14:02
this question is mainly for lawyers who might know a good solution to give a brief summary that had a car loan with a bank the car broke down , the main problems at all , so the car was deposited the car was sold at auction in January at a public auction the problem with this is that the VIN numbers of auto loan thats on record with the bank and the VIN number of the car driven by 7 digits do not match and the collector with the bank wants I pay the balance remander . im a bit stuck at the moment with this issue and do not know how hard it would be to fight it and have removed from my credit report , I've achieved so far is that the car he was driving actually belongs to another family in another state and the car belonging to the VIN numbers somewere loan is either a dealer or someone else . I live in Arizona and do not really know the laws here for this sort of thing. if you have ever heard of this, please let me know and if you know what to do thanks

How much of a home loan can I qualify for? Most "affordability" calculators online show a low loan amount.4Brando2012-10-25 01:00:03
My husband and I live in Southern California and are thinking of getting pre -qualified for a home soon. I want to know what to expect in terms of the amount of a mortgage you can qualify. My husband and I net income is $ 90k per year together. Our credit scores are between 720 and 735 . We have no credit card debt or student loans . Our monthly debt only are our vehicles , which combined is $ 950 a month. Online calculators loan affordability show about $ 230 - $ 250k , which is pretty awful for homes in Southern California. How accurate are these calculators ? Can we qualify for more ?

Personal Loan Online, I am trying to figure out if this company is legitimate? need some other opinions???!!?1torianna2012-09-12 09:37:03
I have no great credit and I'm looking online for a personal loan, I was emailed by a bunch of scammers who ask me for upfront fees of $ 250, so to get the loan from them. I have tried everywhere and I have decided that I can not get a unsecured personal loan. I showed up at a website that looked legit, and called me the next day by a company called Financial century constituted. Their website is I have provided a secure personal loan with a rate of 8.75% from a 3rd party lender. Since we do not have the credit score to get a personal unsecured loan (meaning that recieve money unsecured or co-signer). This company has set for me 3 different options to ensure the personal loan. 1. co-signer. must have a cosigner with perfect credit. I said no thanks. 2. monetary warranty .... that have been outlined payments of $ 235/month to be taken direct deposit, have called for a lump sum of my first 4 months, which happens to be $ 940. Option 3. Insurance coverage is to have to buy the $ 1800, to secure the loan, after 5 consecutive months of timely payments, the $ 1,800 would be refunded. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I'm seriously considering the option # 2, sending them $ 940 they said they would send securly via Western Union, and in 3-4 hours, the loan is deposited in my account, or it may have a certified check delivered to my house through FedEx. Only I have a concern that after I send $ 940, nothing will happen. I talked to this man wilcox adam on the phone, it sounds like a very nice, understanding, efficient financial advisor, I trust him expressed my concern to him and he assures me that this whole process is legitimate. someone can visit thier website for me, the website says a real address under the contact information which is always a good sign, let me know how the website looks to you, below is the first page of loan agreement that sent me. I'm on the fence about it, but I really need a loan, but I do not want to be ripped off. please let your views, or if anyone has experience dealing with this company? or process of this type of loan, Does this sound like things generally have to do? I am currently working with a debt settlement company for 2-3 months now. Should I pull the plug?0jolomi2012-09-07 13:52:03
The company I signed up with not exactly reveal all details in advance , and now I'm discovering how bad could it really be to my credit. I have been enrolled for 2-3 months for my 2 accounts are now 2-3 months past due . My total debt is around $ 10K , a personal loan and a credit card . They have not solved any of my accounts yet - I think if I pull the program I will have all my money back , or most of it anyway (I'm not concerned with a small loss ) . I think I can do what I can to get my accounts up to date on my own, and then maybe consolidate debt ? I felt a little lost and desperate when I signed up , but I'm not sure I can take the stress of the unknown , having delinquent accounts and credit might collapse . ( my credit score was 700 when I started ) . I have a good job and I paid all my bills on time so far. Please be nice , but any advice or comments are welcome !
