How to get motivated to fix his life when nobody loves you? MedlinePlus I'm 24 years MedlinePlus My family does not give a shit about me MedlinePlus I live with my grandparents and I hate MedlinePlus I work full time, but the money is not enough to get MedlinePlus I work for college for nursing, but do not have the money to do MedlinePlus Each year comes and goes and tells me that I will get my life, like going to school and lose 120 pounds I need, but I never do. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I noticed a pattern though: Every time I have a great girlfriend makes me feel good, then I start to feel motivated and passionate about life, however, if not then I fall back into the old ways MedlinePlus . MedlinePlus What's wrong with me? Is it because you do not love me? If so, how I can love myself? I come from an abused childhood. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Like I said, I realized I only act when I have a girlfriend or a stressful situation there pushing me to change. My father was an abusive alcoholic and my mother never did shit to protect me or my brothers. All my life I've been searching for the love I feel alive again in my life. When I do not feel loved, I stop taking steps to fix my life. What's wrong with me? I used to be so motivated, but something happened to me along the way. What I can do to love enough to change? I want out of this situation. Why I can not love myself to fix my life? MedlinePlus MedlinePlus NOTE: I lost my financial aid due to being very ill last fall for 3 weeks and can not attend class, then in February of this year, I was in a car accident that left me with crutches and without a car month so I took my college financial aid and put me on academic probation. I have bad credit too, so you can not get a personal loan or no co-sign for me. I screwed up my whole life!

If you are 120 pounds overweight, then it should be your first priority .

We must begin to do things to gain respect for yourself . Not that others are happy with you, but for you to start being happy with who you are . I suggest you start with the practice of exercise ... It sounds hard and it is, but to pick something hard and not quit will pay off .... biking, running, going to the gym and work out ... all activities that will make you sweat your *** off and make you sore. This will eliminate toxins from your body ( drink tons of water) ... toxins in the body do cause all kinds of ailments that make you feel bad ... for flushing your system is important . If you force yourself to maintain a hard routine , will also lose weight fairly quickly .... so I say go rigorous as quick results (6 weeks) will make you want to continue . Avoid junk food . Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables ... and yogurt ... I say these things because you are what you eat ... once you start treating your body the way it is supposed to be about , your brain work better and see how you start to see life in a completely new and better ... Opportunities will begin to be there for you . Good Luck . You love yourself , you see that no matter what happened in the past , can be and do good things for you ... you are in control .

I think it's because you do not love yourself . Start making changes for you and only you . Think about what will make you happy and where they want to be. Work towards what will make you happy . You can start with exercise . Go to a gym - you can meet new people. Maybe try to find a better job, so you can get your own place . Having the goal of going to school and work towards it. A person who puts others before themselves is a fantastic person , but sometimes you have to think about yourself and what you want. Now is the time for you. Good luck with everything.
